It's finally here -- the moment you've all been waiting for. Last night, I released version 2.0 beta of my Image Resizer Powertoy Clone for Windows. The most notable new feature is 64-bit support.
This project was a lot of fun because it was my first production-quality C++ application. The code could still use a lot of optimization and error handling, but I'm happy with my work.
I have tested this version on Windows XP, Windows Vista x64, and yes, even Windows 7 x64. Support for pre-XP versions will be coming in the 2.0 final version, but if you actually need it for versions of Windows that old, I suggest upgrading!
The new version can be downloaded from here.

how to uninstall it bro? do just need to delete the entry in the PF folder?
There should be an entry in Programs and Features (or Add/Remove Programs on XP) called Image Resizer Powertoy Clone for Windows. Uninstall it as you would any other Windows application.
hi, i installed your, 4 sure, very helpfull program, but it doesnt work. :(
i have a win 7 x64 platform and installed it plenty of times, but it never showed up in the right-click-pop-up-menu.
and the .dll file i cannot open.
thx for your help from brazil. ;)
got another program now.
thx anyways :D
Sorry 'bout that, blog comments are probably the worst way to get support. :) I suspect your problem was that you were installing the 32-bit version on a 64-bit operating system. If you're still interested, please go to the download page and make sure to get the 64-bit version of the Image Resizer.
Also, for future reference, please use the discussions page for support; not my personal blog. :P
Do you know if compatible with Windows 2003 terminal server? What about 2008R2 remote desktop server?
@AlexB: Yes, it should be. Those are just varients of XP and 7. Be sure to get the latest version though from imageresizer.codeplex.com.
Brice, I'm using it on Win7, works like a charm. How to get a polish language version? If I translated it, would you make a polish installer?
